Man Across The Table

A story of a man been working for 30 hard years at an iron mill. One day he was called to the office to meet the mill owner. They had a talk. At the end of day the man felt that there was nothing special with the owner. Even he can be like him if he decide to do something with his life this past 30 years.

When you look at your boss or people above you long enough you will knew whether he worth to be there or not. Also if you are ready to be there.

Then when the time come you need to show why you are there. That will commence respect. Your position is nothing if you are not fit to it. Deep down you know unless you are to stupid. The most stupid person out there if the one who did not know he is stupid.
