One day one Month one Year One, I still don't know what to expect but I knew it will be hard.
They say at least you know what you don't know. It was one hell of a ride but I never surrender. It felt that the 5 years bond would not end. But when you enjoy your work, you have things to look forward to time goes by fast. There is a moment when I felt that you truly believe in the company. You are willing to do anything for IJM.
I learned a lot here. At work, In life, I am a bit saddened to leave in this kind of condition knowing that I am leaving it to become worse. I am not saddened for the company because I know anyhow it will survive. I am sad for the people I left behind, friends and workers. Knowing they will suffer.
Now is the time for me to take a really deep breath and jump. This time the fight is real, but am doing this for our future. I have my goal. Now let's go for it.
