If you start counting from 3rd September it is 6. If really from 2012 then it is a decade. This might read selfish but if you are not responsible to take care of yourself then who would? Self started from one then it became two then by this time four.
I chose my wife who could support me to fulfill my life and dream. Life and dream also varies and changes over time. We had gone thru a lot since it started but people only see the good part but the bad part actually teaches you and makes you improve. Sometimes it triggers me when people said that we are fortunate, we have an easy life. I can't understand how people see it but a lot of them said it. Maybe they saw us going places, living comfortably, and dining what we want.
In 6 years Yasmen had enough experience with our marriage till she had also evolved in the way she thinks at least. There is no easy way to achieve it unless you grind and work hard. It's a shame some people believe you can do it the other way around and still reach it. Yes, maybe with some luck. Sadis if you fail.
I look at anniversaries the same way I look at birthdays. What had we achieved and improved over a year? From 5th to 6th, I am still finding my way in my career. I earn less, but technically I feel I have more skill than before. Aaron has been better with reading and math, Akhtar has grown up more, and Yasmen I need to ask her.
